We try to address the issues of people rights so that people take part into the process of own development. Rights are our central point to begging any planning process for new project. SAS believes that without ensuring the rights of people, no development endeavor will be successful. "Livelihoods Security" is another theme of organization working approach. Application of this approach in the work enables the stakeholders to identify their potential based on the reality and existing situation. This term is generously meant that if livelihood security is ensured a household can live within dignity and get the chance to explore alternative way for survival. Livelihood security is always taken in to consideration as major issues in development intention where people are the key actors for development process.
