GOVERNANCE AND MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

SAS is governed in participatory and decentralized manner. In order to enrich the organization through exchanging distinct experiences and skills of cross-level staff member three Loop learning process is followed. There are some structures constituted to run the organization such-

Core Management Team:
To coordinate and expedite the organization's managerial affairs, there is a Core Management Team consisting with not more than 15 members and headed by the Executive Director. This Team carries the duty to implement the policies as well as Organizational management affairs. Members of the team include - ** Staffs whose contribution is remember able and Sincerity is proven in course of organization's evolution.

Executive Committee
An Executive Committee consist of 7 member is forth yearly elected by the General Council takes up the responsibility of execution of the organization. The Executive Director, on behalf of executive committee conducts overall management and is an ex-officio as the secretary of E.C. The E.C convenes meeting for making necessary decision and review progress of organization after each 3 month and General Council brings together at least once in a year. The E.C is responsible to the General Council for its activities. Executive Committee takes necessary policy decision of the organization. The EC member's particulars is as given bellow-

Advisory Body:

By giving advise to cooperate to Executive Committee in time to time, there is a Advisory Body consisting individuals who are experienced in private development activities and are aptitude for well being of wider society. The Executive Committee nominates members of this body. Members are authorized to attend in policy level meeting and disclose of their worth opinion and advice for interest of the organization. General Council:

This Council is the supreme body of the organization. This is a council of all general members and life member who are bona fide to proclamation of constitution, vision, mission and mandate of the organization. This council reserves the authority to appoint or cancellation Executive Committee (EC), emend the constitution and precise the extent of the organization.
